By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for following reliefs: “a. That writ in the nature of Certiorari may kindly be issued and impugned order dated 15-07-2026 (Annexure P- 3) qua petitioner may kindly be quashed and set aside and thereafter consequent relieving order dated 17-07-2026 (Annexure P-4) may also be quashed and set aside. b. That writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at GPS Chowkri Education Block Salwahan, District Mandi, H.P. c. That in alternate writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to adjust the petitioner at Govt. Excellence Primary School Sakroha, 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Education Block Balh, District Mandi or nearby school against vacancy.” 3. In light of the averments made in the writ petition, this petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner may approach the Competent Authority for redressal of his grievances within a week from today and appropriate order thereon be passed within three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. A sympathetic view be taken in the matter. Till then the petitioner shall not be forced to join the station to which he has been transferred and he shall be at liberty to avail the leave of the kind due.
