For the Informant : Mr. Chiranjeev Bhadoria, Adv. --- 03/19.02.2026 Heard Mr. Haider Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. assisted by Mr. Chiranjeev Bhadoria, learned counsel appearing for the informant. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was shot dead by named accused persons on 10.08.2025. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are no eye witnesses to the incident and all the witnesses examined by the Police are hearsay witnesses. Learned counsel submits that one of the co- accused, namely, Md. Aslam, who is also named in the FIR has been granted bail in B.A. No. 10948 of 2025. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the pistol used in the murder was recovered from the house of the petitioner. However, neither the learned A.P.P. nor the learned counsel for the informant has been able to establish as to whether the pistol which was recovered was used in the commission of murder. -1- On consideration of the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XVII, Ranchi in connection with Hindpiri P.S.
