Chistie, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, admits to the submissions and he also produces a copy of the sanction order issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education and addressed to the Accountant General (A&E), Assam, whereby an amount of Rs.5,45,324/- has been sanctioned as arrear salary of the petitioner.
