The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had love affair with the petitioner and under the pretext of marrying her, the petitioner had sexual contact with her many occasions and also video graphed their intimacy and thereafter the petitioner started to demand to give Rs.25 lakhs and 30 sovereigns of gold jewels and thereafter refused to marry. Hence, a case has been registered against the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that under the pretext of marrying the defacto complainant, started to demand Rs.25 lakhs and 30 sovereigns of gold jewels. Considering the nature of the allegations and the offence charged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
