Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as petitioner is presently working as a trained teacher (hearing impaired) and is teaching students suffering with hearing disability. He was posted in the office of Superintendent in Govt. Blind and Deaf School Jagdalpur District- Bastar (CG) however, he is transferred vide order dated 15.10.2025 as In-charge Superintendent to the office of Government Blind School Jashpur District- Jashpur, CG. He submits that in the transferred place of posting as petitioner is trained teacher to teach the students having disability of hearing, however, the school is only a Blind School at Jashpur where no hearing impairment department is established. He further submits that petitioner has submitted representation before the committee constituted under the transfer policy in this regard, however, no decision has been taken on the representation submitted by petitioner and petitioner is still working in the earlier place of posting as he has not been relieved. 2. Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioner has already submitted a representation before the committee constituted under the Transfer Policy it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 3. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, and further considering that under Transfer Policy State Government has already constituted a committee to consider the grievance of employee affected by transfer and petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 30.10.2025 Annexure P-5, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing the committee constituted under the Transfer Policy of State Government 3 / to consider all the grounds raised in representation in an objective manner and decide the representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. It is ordered accordingly. 4. As submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, that petitioner is still holding the post in the earlier place of posting, therefore, till decision is taken on the representation, status – quo as it exists today with respect to place of posting of petitioner shall be maintained by the parties till the next date of hearing. 5.
