None appears for the State. In this writ application, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned trial court for framing of charge in connection with S.T. No. 268 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Sahibganj. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for more than one year, the case is pending at the stage of framing of charge and in the meantime, the accused persons have also been granted bail. It is common knowledge that the learned trial courts are over burdened with cases and passing any further direction for framing of charge will put an additional burden on the learned trial court.
