There is a delay of 3229 days. 2. The applicant has filed the review application on the ground that the decree was passed against a deceased person. Respondent No.5 was deceased when the judgment was passed, and the share was allocated to her which was, as per the Will, given to the grandchildren. Though the applicant was a party to the appeal and he was respondent No.4 in the second appeal, respondent No.5 is the mother of the respondent No.4. He was aware about the judgement passed by this Court and the death of his mother, yet he has not taken any steps. He did not even inform the Court or the appellant about the death of his mother.
