The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 320/2024 of PS Shalimar Bagh for offence under Section 70(2)/123/3(5) BNS and Section 6/17 of POCSO Act. 2. In terms with last order, the prosecutrix has appeared today with her counsel and is identified by the IO/SI Ritu. I have specifically spoken with the prosecutrix in Hindi and she does not support grant of bail to the accused/applicant. Further, learned APP for State submits that in her testimony, the prosecutrix has fully supported prosecution case. 3. In view of these circumstances, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. This is a digitally signed order.
