Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner from possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 10.2 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be directed to the respondent authority to comply the order dated 07.05.2025 and transfer the petitioner from division Kawardha to Division Champa. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner who is holding post of Land-displaced line operator (contractual employee), is transferred from Kawardha to Champa vide order dated 07.05.2025. However, till date petitioner has not been relieved. He submits that transfer of petitioner is on his own request and therefore respondents are bound to relieve the petitioner to join at transferred place of posting. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner could not be relieved due to shortage of employees. He however submits that if petitioner submits representation before the competent authorities, ie., Respondents No. 1 and 5, it will be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before Respondents No. 1 & 5 and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authorities shall decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
