Sisodia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Brahmanand Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of writ of mandamus to command respondent-bank to reschedule the two loan accounts of the petitioner bearing loan A/c Nos.39124198140 and 40240590154. 3. Per contra, Shri Brahmanand Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India submits that a settlement has been reached between the bank and the petitioner in a National Lok Adalat held on 14.3.2026 according to which petitioner will be depositing 50,000/- as upfront money and the rest of the money shall be deposited by 25.03.2026. Paper of settlement evidencing the factum of settlement has been placed before the Court, copy of which is also supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the fact that settlement has been raised between the parties, we decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to records.
