03.04.2019.
2. Now, the writ petition W.P.(S) No.7075 of 2017 has been allowed and the termination of the petitioner has been set aside. By virtue of the final
order passed, the petitioner is deemed to be in service.
3. Since the interim order has merged with the final order, thus, the contempt application is dropped with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application, if the final order has not been complied with.
