Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite party. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of order passed in W.P. (L) No. 5494/2010, the opposite party has paid gratuity of Rs. 10,00,000/- and lump sum compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the petitioner. He submits that there was a direction to pay monetary compensation in accordance with law and there is no justification for making payment of lump sum compensation. 4. Considering the nature of order passed by this Court, this Court is of the view that the quantum of compensation cannot be decided by this Court in contempt proceeding. 5. However, it will be open to the petitioner to take steps in connection with the orders passed by the opposite party annexed along with the show cause. 6.
