In other words, the family pension as entitled to the petitioner has not been finalized on account of the recovery notice which otherwise is now set aside by this Court in WP (C) 536 (AP) 2025. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to process and finalize the family pension that the petitioner is entitled to within a period of 2 (two) months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with the order passed in WP (C) 536 (AP) 2025.
