Since the appeal has been finally adjudicated and respondent No.1/Insurance Company has deposited the difference of enhanced compensation of Rs.7,06,030/- with the Registry of this Court on 29/12/2025, the applicants/claimants are held entitled to withdraw the said amount. 03. Accordingly, the Registry of this Court is directed to pay the said amount to the applicants/claimants. 04. The Civil Application stands disposed of.
