Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was provided privilege of anticipatory bail, however, the petitioner has not been able to surrender before the learned Court within the stipulated period as the petitioner is earning his livelihood by doing work outside the State. He submits in view of that surrender time may kindly be extended. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioner in spite of that the petitioner has not surrendered within time. 4. Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner two weeks further time from today is extended to surrender before the learned Court. 2026:JHHC:17061 --2-- Cr.M.P.
