Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the tippani in No. CHI.HA.WO/ADALITHA/2309/2025-26 DATED 09/10/2025 issued by the respondent no.6 managing director produced as Annexure F. ii. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the letter of acceptance in No. CHIMUL/CIVIL/PARLOUR WORKS TENDER FILE/2025-26 dated 23-10-2025 issued by Respondent no.6 in favour of Respondent no.7 produced as Annexure G. iii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no 5 and 6 not to take any major financial or administrative decision till the elections to the new managing committee of the respondent no.6 milk union are held. iv. Such other direction or order writ as may deem fit to this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, elections were held to the post of Managing Committee on 01.02.2026 and new board has been already constituted. He submits that, insofar as tender - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11044 WP No. 35122 of 2025 work is concerned, new management will take care of the said tender work. In view of the same, the writ petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Government Advocate submits that construction work has already been completed, and there is no need to take any further construction. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. 6.
