In light of this development, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the due emoluments along with arrears of pension, if any, be forthwith released in favour of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2018 and needful shall be done by the Authorities not later than 15.09.2026. 3.
