Learned Deputy Advocate General has submitted that the parties during the pendency of these proceedings amicably resolved their dispute and the terms of settlement are appended with the application. The main petition is disposed of as not pressed/withdrawn in the light of the matter having been amicably settled between the parties as per the settlement/agreement, copy whereof is appended with the miscellaneous application bearing CARAP No. 77 of 2026. 5.
