2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- This is a digitally signed order. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD submits that a regularisation certificate has been issued to the property bearing 451, Gali no 33-D, Molarband Extension, Badarpur, Delhi – 110044 (‘subject property’) on 10th July, 2026 in terms of the PM-UDAY Scheme.
4. The said certificate has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record.

Mr. Sanjiv Bahl, Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent no.4 submits that present petition has been filed with oblique motives as the petitioner stays five (5) streets away from the subject property. He further submits that there is an ongoing litigation between the petitioner and the private respondent no.4 in relation to the petitioner’s property and that the present petition has been filed as a counter blast.
6. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
7. The petition is dismissed.
