Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 21.07.2026 from the District Revenue Officer, O/o Financial Commissioner (Appeals), H.P. , conveying that subject Revision Petition No. 283 of 2022 (Gaurav and others Vs. Vinod Kumari and others) has been transferred to the Court of the Divisional Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala vide letter dated 07.08.2025; Transfer was ordered in view of notification dated 10.07.2025 issued by the State Government; As per telephonic message from the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala, the subject file, which the petitioners had apprehended to have been lost, has been listed for hearing on 12.08.2026 in camp Court at Una, H.P. 3. In view of office instructions dated 21.07.2026, grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. The case file in question has been listed for hearing on 12.08.2026 in the Camp Court of the Divisional Commissioner, Kangra, at Una.
