The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrayed as accused in this case based upon the confession of the co- accused and it is also the further submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the robbed property had been recovered. 3. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would strongly oppose the anticipatory bail application on the ground that the petitioner has misused the liberty granted by this Court and there are about four previous cases against him. Inspite of obtaining bail on condition, he has been repeating the same offence. The said submission has got some force. Therefore, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06.04.2026 dna https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL.OP.No.8526 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 To 1.The Inspector of Police Vaniyambadi Town Police Station Thirupathur District.
