1. The present Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following reliefs:
“A. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ thereby quashing / setting aside the impugned eviction order dated 30.07.2025 and the impugned letter dated 13.01.2026 passed by Respondent No. 1; B. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to reconsider and decide the various representations / communications dated 07.04.2025, 15.05.2025, 17.07.2025, 14.08.2025, 28.08.2025, 29.08.2025, 08.09.2025, 30.09.2025 and 13.08.2026 sent by the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2, regarding interpool exchange of accommodation; This is a digitally signed order. C. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to consider the case of the petitioner and allow him to continue in his present residential accommodation i.e. Type - IV quarter, House No. 390, Sector - 9, R K Puram, New Delhi under the General Pool; D. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 not to give effect to the impugned eviction notice dated 30.07.2025 until an alternative accommodation has been allotted in favour of the petitioner. E. Pass any such order as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit in the
facts and circumstances of the present case.”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, after advancing submissions for a considerable period of time and realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the reliefs as sought for, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file such appropriate proceedings as are permissible to the Petitioner under the law.
3. Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted.
4. Accordingly, the present Petition, along with pending Application(s), if any stands dismissed as withdrawn.
