Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 stated at the Bar that the proposal to re-locate the statue has been stopped. It is further stated that a Committee has been constituted in the light of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued on 16.9.2025 to look into the issue and take a decision. Till then, the third respondent would not be permitted to re-locate the statue on the government land. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, we dispose of the writ petition leaving it open to the Committee to take a decision in accordance with law.
