After some arguments, Mr. Vikas Tomar, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this bail application, however seeks directions for expeditious recording of evidence before the Trial Court. 3. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings to the extent possible, having regard to its own Board and age of matters pending before it.
