The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 7.58 grams of brown sugar which is also known as heroine. It is further submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are all false. It is next submitted that the seized heroine comes under intermediate quantity and is just above small quantity.
