The non-applicants have no objection to the application being allowed and the reliefs, as claimed, being granted in favour of the applicant. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the award dated 14.03.2026 passed by the Lok Adalat. From a perusal of the same, it is evident that, as per the settlement arrived at inter se the parties, a lump sum amount of Rs.60,000/- has been agreed to be refunded to the applicant/Insurance Company, and the said amount stands deposited in the Registry of this Court. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed, and the refund of ₹60,000/- in favour of the applicant is ordered. The amount be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, details whereof have been given in paragraph 4 of the application, subject to proper verification of its identity. (Bipin C.
