GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the Online Rejection Order dated 10.08.2025, passed by the 4th respondent, on Mee-seva Application dated 28.05.2026, submitted for deletion of the petitioner’s land in an extent of Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.168/3 of Chirala Revenue Village, Chirala Mandal, Bapatla District, from the list of prohibited properties for registration under Section 22-A of The Registration Act, 1908, without assigning any reasons. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 07.04.2026, submits that the petitioner’s application was considered and ultimately the 2nd respondent issued the proceedings dated 07.10.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, as detailed therein. 4. In view of the above said proceedings of the Collector, dated 07.10.2025, nothing survives in this writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to assail the same if so aggrieved and if so advised. The written instructions of the 4th respondent shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
