By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant seeks amendment in the prayer portion of the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026 by incorporating the G.R. Case No.285/2019. It is submitted that at the time of filing the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026, the petitioner failed to incorporate the G.R. Case No.285/2019 arising out of Itanagar Women P.S. Case No.18/2019. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that prayer for incorporating the G.R. Case No.285/2019 in the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026 may be allowed. As the prayer is not objected, the applicant is allowed to amend the criminal petition No.323(AP)/2026 by incorporating the G.R. Case No. Case No.285/2019 in the prayer portion within a week.
