1. As common issue has been raised in all these writ petitions by petitioners, therefore they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.
2. For convenience of this Court, WPS No. 1151 of 2026 is taken as lead case, in which following reliefs have been sought.
“10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of petitioner for grant of pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200+ Grade Pay 2400/- with effect from from the date of her initial appointment with arrears within stipulated time, in accordance with law. 10.2 That, any other relief/ order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.”

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners along with other employees are working as Pharmacists, however, petitioners have not been paid pay scale as per their entitlement from 01.04.2006. Therefore, petitioners have submitted representations which are pending consideration. He also submits that this Court in writ petition bearing WPS No. 3453 of 2013 has passed an order wherein the claims of pay scale to Pharmacists were allowed, therefore, respondents-authorities be directed to take decision on representation of petitioner in light of decision of Yugal Kishore Sharma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others in writ petition bearing WPS No. 3453 of 2013 decided on 02.08.2024.

Learned counsel for State submits that as petitioners are not pressing these writ petition on merits and are only seeking direction to respondents to consider and take decision on their respective representations, the representations submitted by petitioners will be considered in accordance with law, if already not considered.

On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions at this stage, directing Respondent No. 2/ Director, Ayurved, Yog and Natural Medicine Unani Siddha and Homeopathy (Ayush) to take decision on pending representations submitted by petitioners in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petitions are
