As such, the learned Counsel submits that he be permitted to move the appropriate application before the concerned Court. Prayer is allowed. Further, it is seen that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre arrest bail by order dated 10.09.2026 and as such, the said order is extended by another period of 20 days which will however expire on 21st day so as to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate bail.
