Petitioners have filed this petition seeking following relief (s):- “i To call for the entire records available in the office of the Respondents pertaining to the case of petitioners. ii. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the gradation list dated 15.01.2026 (as on 01.04.2025) (Annexure P/1) and reissue the gradation list after correction. iii. That the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to correct the educational qualification as MSc. Nursing instead of Post Basic BSc. Nursing in Gradation List. iv. That the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to mention the qualification MSc Nursing in service books of the petitioners. v. Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submit that petitioners have obtained degree of M.Sc. Nursing following due process of law, however, even after informing respondent authorities, their educational qualification is not taken on record in service book and gradation list. Aggrieved with 3 the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, petitioners have submitted representation before respondent No.3 on 08.09.2025, which till date is not decided, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioners at the earliest within specified time. He also submits that petitioners may be permitted to submit fresh representation, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to take decision on the fresh representation to be submitted by petitioners along with pending representation. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that as petitioners are not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioners, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioners to submit fresh representation before respondent No.3 and in the event, petitioners submit representation, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioners along with pending representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation along this order. 5.
