There is no representation for the petitioners, and there is also no representation for the respondents. 2. This Court granted interim directions on 26.04.2013 directing the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners as contract labour at Sileru Power Project, AP GENCO Donkarai. 3. The respondents filed counter affidavit stating that the petitioners are continuing in the services of the respondent – organization as contract labour and that the minimum wages prevailing as on the date of filing of the counter affidavit are being paid to the petitioners by the respective contractors. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders granted by this Court on 26.04.2013, subject to the petitioners continuing under the respective contractors and subject to the availability of contract work for execution by the petitioners under their respective contractors. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
