Heard Mr. Akash Garg, learned Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ashish Goyal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No. 615 of 2022 (Jaipal Singh Vs. Jitendra Pal Singh and others), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 364, 392 I.P.C., Police Station New Agra, District Agra, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Kanpur Dehat, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending since long and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 6.
