The petitioner has filed this petition with following prayers:- “1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition filed under section 528 of B.N.S.S. 2023 filed by the petitioners, in the interest of justice. 2) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned First Information Report No. 239/2025, Dated 07.10.2025 registered with P.S. Chirmiri, District Manendragarh- Chirmiri-Bharatpur (C.G.) u/ss. 118(1), 288 of B.N.S. & Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 lodged by respondent no. 02 against the petitioner and subsequent investigation by the respondent no. 01 pursuant to the impugned FIR. 3) Any other relief/reliefs which the Hon'ble may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. After arguing for some time, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that anticipatory bail has already been granted to the petitioner on 24.11.2025 in MCRCA No.1844/2025 and as such he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner under the law. 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
