In view of the above, the Committee observed that, having regard to the mandatory eligibility requirements stipulated under Clause 7.3 of the Scheme Notification, as reproduced in Part C of these Minutes, the unit was, not found to be eligible. Moreover, in the absence of any budgetary allocation under the Scheme, the application cannot be granted registration.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:29937 ) 2. Therefore, in this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and, accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of. Notice discharged. 3.
