Learned counsel for petitioner submits that, decision is taken with delay. 3. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for parties and further considering that decision on claim of petitioner as ordered by this Court has been taken by respondent vide order dated 15.01.2026, I do not find any good ground to continue with this contempt petition any further.
