Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 18.07.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and copy of office order dated 18.07.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), Una, District Una (H.P.), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 18.07.2026 reveals that the respondents have assailed the judgment dated 01.11.2023, passed by the Division Bench of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 this Court in CWPOA No.5536 of 2020, titled, Sanjay Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others alongwith connected matters, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which was listed on 02.09.2025, when the Court had passed the following directions:- “Having considered the matter, by way of an interim arrangement, we direct that any contempt proceedings based on the order impugned, shall not proceed further.” 3. Since, the matter is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, as and when the SLP filed by the State in CWPOA No.5536 of 2020 along with other connected matters attains finality, further action in the execution petition shall be taken accordingly. 4. This Court had disposed of the petition filed by the petitioner on 07.01.2026, in terms of the decision passed by the Division Bench in case of Sanjay Kumar’s case (supra). Therefore, the present execution petition is disposed of at this stage, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh execution petition after the decision in the SLP preferred by the 3 respondents-State in the aforementioned case of Sanjay Kumar (supra) and other connected petitions.
