Jamoh, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that inadvertently, in the cause title as well as in the prayer, he has not incorporated the charge/offence against the petitioners. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this criminal petition with liberty to file afresh after making necessary corrections, to which Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has no objection. The prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
