By order dated 22.04.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No.9653 of 2026, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate Interlocutory Application before the Revisional Court in the pending revision with direction to the revisional authority to consider the same in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner filed application under Annexure- 14 praying to injunct and to issue a direction to the concerned authorities to not change the nature and character of the suit land till disposal of the revision case. Said application has been rejected by order dated 30.04.2026, which is impugned. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, this Court is of the view that since the revision is pending where the rights of the parties over the case land can be finally adjudicated, it would not be proper for any party to change the nature and character of the case land prior to disposal of the revision. The revisional authority is directed to conclude the revision as early as possible, preferably within two months from today. Till such time, status quo with regard to the case land shall be maintained. 6. The Collector shall not be influenced by his earlier order while disposing of the revision. 7.
