The petitioner, by way of the present petition, seeks the indulgence of this Court for a limited direction for the time-bound disposal of Contempt Application No. 08/2024, titled “Sanjeev Kumar Gupta v. Rajeev Kumar Gupta”, pending before the learned District Judge-01, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had instituted the aforesaid contempt proceedings against the respondent and the that the same have remained pending adjudication for the past about one and a half years. 3.
