JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDER(ORAL) 1) By virtue of this common order, afore-titled three references made by learned Principal District Judge, Bandipora, are proposed to be disposed of. 2) It appears that learned Principal District Judge, Bandipora, had made three references bearing Ref(C) Nos.01/2026, 02/2026 and 03/2026 recommending transfer of three different suit titled “Sayedullah Nasiroo vs. Farooq Ahmad Nasiroo & ors.”, “Farooq Ahmad Nasiroo & ors vs. Sayedullah Nasiroo & ors.” and “Mukhti Bagum vs. Ms.t Ashmi & Ors.” from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bandipora, on the ground that the Presiding Officer of the said Court had recused himself from hearing the cases and that there is no other court of competent jurisdiction available within District Bandipora, to which these case can be assigned. 3) The aforesaid references were disposed of in terms of three different orders passed by this Court on 20.04.2026. However, it appears that due to typographical error, in last line of para (1), 5th and 7th line of para (4) as also in last line of Para (5) of the said orders, instead of “District Bandipora”, “District Baramulla” has been typed out, which has caused confusion in the mind of learned Principal District Judge, Bandipora, as a result of which the follow up action in terms of orders passed by this Court could not be taken. 4) In view of the above, orders dated 20.04.2026 passed in Ref(C) Nos.01/2026, 02/2026 and 03/2026 are corrected so as to read “Bandipora” instead of “Baramulla” wherever appearing in the said orders. This order shall be read as part of the orders passed in aforesaid Civil References on 20.04.2026. 5) The original record along a copy of this order be sent back.
