Mr. Ashutosh Anand, learned AAG-III appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, submits that the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6630 of 2024 has now been complied. He also files compliance affidavit on behalf of the opposite party no. 2. 3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the contempt petition.
