(C) 7542/2024, titled as „Manmood Shankar v. Life Insurance Corporation of India‟, whereby petitioner‟s aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with the direction to learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court to dispose of the case bearing ID No. 421/2023 within a period of six months. 2. In view of the aforesaid directions referred to in the connected CM(M) 1780/2026, leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. This is a digitally signed order.
