Also heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, learned PP for the State. 2. This is an application seeking correction of the order dated 07.09.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No. 937/2026. 3. It is submitted that case number has not been mentioned in the said order because of which the applicant could not appear before the learned Trial Court. 4. By the aforesaid order, it was directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed and upon such appearance, Page No.# 3/3 the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond. However, the connected case number i.e. “Special POCSO Case No. 221/2025 (arising out of Kampur PS Case No. 11/2025) u/s 137(2)/61(2) of BNS r/w Section 4 of POCSO Act was not mentioned in the impugned order inadvertently. 5. Accordingly, the following words will be added in the end of paragraph 7 of the order dated 07.09.2026 “in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 221/2025 (arising out of Kampur PS Case No. 11/2025) u/s 137(2)/61(2) of BNS r/w Section 4 of POCSO Act. 6. The aforesaid order stands corrected as above and shall be read as part of the order dated 07.09.2026 in Crl. Pet No. 937/2026. 7. The IA stands disposed of. 8.
