Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petition has been filed alleging violation of order, dated 02.01.2026, as passed by this Court in CWP No. 6887/2023. 2 The matter was listed before the Court on 25.05.2026 and 05.06.2026 at the request of respondents to have instructions in the matter. 3 Today, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication, dated 04.06.2026, copy 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4 Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition can be closed at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the instant petition in case his grievance still remains to be unaddressed.
