Medhi, J) Heard Shri M. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has filed this instant petition for review of the judgment and order dated 17.12.2025 passed in the connected WP(Crl)/61/2025. The learned counsel has urged that in the said judgment, there is no mention about the representations alleged to have been filed. We are however of the opinion that the judgment has been passed after consideration of all the facts and circumstances and the issue presently sought to be raised in the form of a review can at best be a ground in an appeal. It is a settled position of law that the powers to be exercised by a Review Court is not the powers to be exercised by a Appellate Court. We are of the considered opinion that no case has been made out which would fulfill any of the requirements of maintaining a review petition. The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
