This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad to decide O.A. No. 955 of 2018 within a stipulated period. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petition is regularly getting listed before the Tribunal and for whatever reason, the same is not getting heard may be because of Tribunal is overburdened with old matters/matter not getting reached. 3. Filing of writ petition before this court seeking out of turn hearing before the Tribunal, cannot be countenanced. If for any reason the petitioner is seeking out of turn hearing, he has to approach the Tribunal for the said purpose. 4. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
