The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Saraguru Taluk, has not acted upon the representation at Annexure-A given by the petitioner to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the compromise decree drawn by the learned Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Heggadadevanakote in O.S.No.1/2025. Learned High Court Government Pleader, however, submits that the petitioner has acquired title under - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12540 WP No. 6468 of 2026 the compromise decree and the same is required to be registered in the office of the jurisdictional sub-registrar. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, directing the petitioner to get the compromise decree registered in the office of the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar. As and when the registration is done, the J-slip will be generated and it will be forwarded to the Tahsildar. As and when the Tahsildar receives the J-slip from the office of the Sub Registrar, he shall proceed to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. Ordered accordingly.
