NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioner has challenged the criminal proceedings initiated against him in Spl.C.C.No.232/2009, on the file of the XXIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge (Lokayukta), Bengaluru (CCH-24) for the offences punishable under Sections 13(1)(e) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 109 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and has also sought for allowing the applications dated 22.02.2019 and 26.02.2019. 2. When this petition is listed for admission, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is convicted for the aforesaid offences in terms of the judgment of the trial Court dated 30.07.2022. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19318 CRL.P No. 2461 of 2019 3. In that view of the matter, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
