ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the action of the concerned Court in not answering an application filed under Sections 497 and 503 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('the BNSS' for short) / Sections 451 and 457 of the earlier regime, the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC' for short).

2. Heard Sri. Shreehari Kusta,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Anoop Kumar, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.1.
3. The petitioner is the son of one Mr. Peter Caddy. Mr. Peter Caddy gets embroiled in a crime registered by the CID, Economic Offences Division. The result of registration of the crime results in a search and seizure warrant against the father. The two cars belonging to the petitioner is seized, which were in the premises. They are produced before the Magistrate as obtaining under Section 102 of the Cr.P.C. and a PF is done. The petitioner files an application before the concerned Court under Sections 497 and 503 of the BNSS seeking release of the vehicle. The said application is not taken up for consideration for the last 30 days, is the submission. The petitioner contemporaneously has also challenged all the search and seizure proceedings itself. The vehicles of the petitioner is taken away and nothing else of the petitioner. Certain search and seizure warrant was not against the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the father, the accused against whom the crime is

registered has also filed a petition. In that light, the present petition is restricted to the answering of the application under Sections 497 and 503 of the BNSS by the concerned Court.
5. In the light of the aforesaid reasons, the concerned Court shall now answer the applications, without brooking any further delay, at any rate, within a fortnight from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
